Made in co-creation with Foxglove during Leo Season 2021

When meeting the spirit of Foxglove, little did I realize that I would end up meeting an ally that would turn the tide for my grief after the passing of a parent. Foxglove is a plant long revered by cultures of European herbal and witchcraft practices, and is protected by the fae. Foxglove is a deep well of heart medicine, and has been used as physical heart medicine, despite it’s poisonous nature, for hundreds of years.

Foxglove flower essence captures the energetic healing that gently cracks open a hardened heart, allowing one to fully find their creativity, connect to play, and healing inner child wounds.

Foxglove is a poisonous plant, therefore no physical part of the plant touched this water. All my poisonous plant essences are created using the no-contact method. This is purely the vibrational energy of Foxglove recorded in water for personal healing.

The RITUAL>> Take 4 drops in water or directly on the tongue up to 4 times a day. Is also great with a few drops in a bath or on the acu-points of the body including the wrists, temples, heart, third eye, etc.

Ritually made in small batches on unceded Lenape land. Flowers intentionally prayed over, infused with reiki, and made in co-creation with offerings and long term relationships to local land spirits and individual plants.
