Jewelweed came to me in a breathwork journey and asked to be made into medicine. I made this essence during Virgo season when the pollinators were busy gathering it’s sweet nectar.

Jewelweed is typically indicated for impulsiveness, rashness, impatience, and easily irritable moments when we feel others aren’t moving as fast as us. Jewelweed, a natural antidote to Poison Ivy, cools and calms inflammation - energetically it does the same to an inflamed and overheated emotional state. It brings one into a deeply cooling grounding rather quickly.

I find that in working with Jewelweed and integrating with it for a full lunar cycle (and not just once or twice acutely) that it helps our attitudes and perspectives cool down in not rushing ourselves in the world. Finding the ability to become present, finding balance between small details and the larger picture, detaching from self-imposed deadlines, and that need “to be somewhere by now.”

The RITUAL>> Take 4 drops in water or directly on the tongue up to 4 times a day. But, is also great with a few drops in a bath or on the acu-points of the body including the wrists, temples, heart, third eye, etc.
