I share the structure for my personal work around a full lunar cycle in shadow work. This is for those brave souls who understand what shadow work is, and is meant to be a loose structure or guide to create a devotional ritual around identifying any lingering shadow work or deeper shows harder to penetrate. This has been helpful for me to unlearn certain self defeating behaviors, and although I am not sharing my personal work, I do share the structure for the ritual in a way that guides the uniqueness of your own experience.

Herbal medicine making suggestions are contained within, as well as meditations to do on certain lunar phases. I keep this open so as not to influence your own experience or expectations, as well as keeping your ability to trust and guide yourself in your own inherent wisdom.
