Forsythia is native to China and was first introduced to European horticulture and shortly thereafter North America in the 1830s - but it's left a quickly become a favorite herald of spring.

The bright yellow stars, or Golden Bells, are edible and medicinal. Notably it's anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and reduces blood pressure. Because of this grounding medicinal effect of lowering blood pressure, it does have that same quality in its energetic medicine as well - instilling a gentle calmness even when surrounded by chaos. Normally stressful situations and triggers are less personal, as Forsythia helps one to arrive with a centered and protected state in order to not attach to stress.

Forsythia asks us to arrive with grace, to be patient. As much as the world wants to throw at you right now, none of it needs to become yours to carry. Your own grace and confidence are protective barriers already.

Ingredients >> Forsythia suspensa vibrational essence, spring water, distilled spirits

The RITUAL>> Take 4 drops in water or directly on the tongue up to 4 times a day. Is also great with a few drops in a bath or on the acu-points of the body including the wrists, temples, heart, third eye, etc.

Ritually made in small batches on unceded Lenape land. Flowers intentionally prayed over, infused with reiki, and made in co-creation with offerings and long term relationships to local land spirits and individual plants.
